With more than 30 years experience working across the health and care, education, public and third sectors Modern Human uses Occupational Therapy combined with insights and innovations from multiple disciplines to help you to achieve what you want to do, need to do and are expected to do. This support can make a real difference giving you a renewed sense of purpose and direction.
Our Approach
We primarily use activity as a therapeutic medium rather than talking therapy. That is, we engage in activity to develop the skills and strategies that you need. We can work on a one to one basis or with small groups.

Our Accreditations
Occupational therapy (OT) is a health and social care profession, regulated by the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Occupational therapy takes a “whole-person approach” to both mental, physical health and wellbeing and enables individuals to achieve their full potential (Royal College of Occupational Therapists 2017).
At Modern Human our practitioners are all qualified and registered health professionals with more than 30 years’ experience working across the health, social care, public and third sectors.
